Roller Coaster

This intermediate level flow/jump track was refurbished on the back of a lot of volunteer effort by a group of college students. It had had a major rebuild in 2019 by TrailPro but after several years of use and exposure to the elements, was no longer used frequently. In 2025, BTB lobbied for some digger hours to bring it back to its former glory.
Total Trail Solutions were contracted to improve drainage, expand on the existing shaping and resurface the clay. This achieved a more confidence-inspiring track with table tops, step downs and gap jumps but with the ability to roll down the entire length for those more risk adverse. Rollercoaster is a great section of trail for adrenalin seekers but with ample progression to build rider skills and can be easily lapped a few times in a ride.
BTB have done an amazing job planting native plant species to complement Zealandia just over the fence and is responsible for the ongoing maintenance
