The 2021 rebuild of the very popular Saddle Jumps opened up and widened the existing line to help beginners develop their skills. It is a location that lends itself to skill coaching as the full length can be viewed from the side track.
Trails Wellington commissioned Total Trail Solutions to redevelop the existing line. It's due for a redesign in the future to make better use of the area.
It's been described as easy jumps that can be rolled, good for working up to Hospital jumps and Hippies. Matairangi Trail Builders maintain this trail.
